Samantha Fox is a yoga and fitness instructor on the Garden Island of Kauai in Hawaii. She is a Certified Anusara Yoga Instructor and holds a Diploma in Ayurveda Sciences. Samantha has been practicing yoga for over 17 years and began teaching in 2002. Find out more about Samantha Fox.
Yoga Classes taught by Samantha Fox
For me personally, yoga was just ‘movement’ before I found my first Anusara® yoga class. In those beginning classes I learned of the “loops and spirals”, and how to align my body optimally. This made so much sense to me!
This class combines YOGA POSTURES with MAT CONDITIONING exercises, strategically inspired from a multitude of disciplines such as Pilates and gyro.
Classes support hip opening postures, strengthening, flexibility, breath work and visualization exercises to connect to baby. This is a fabulous way to join with other pregnant moms in a very supportive and enjoyable environment.
A class designed to bring moms together in a supportive environment, with their new babies, to recover, celebrate, and get their bodies in shape
This co-ordination class infuses some of the basics from toddler dance, gymnastics and yoga into a fun-filled experience.
Yoga Classes taught by Samantha Fox
This is an hour long class designed for the busy mom with FREE CHILDCARE on site. Child care is provided by a licensed child care provider and/or excellent child care while the moms practice in their own space. This class will begin with a grounding meditation and then the yoga flow class will also put a special target on the abdominals and toning the bootie! Each class closes with a well-deserved relaxation. These classes are prepaid and run in 6 week sessions. Pre-registration is a must.
These classes are inspired by Samantha's desire to help moms get into their bodies and hearts and put themselves back on their to-do-list. When we care for ourselves as women, we have more to offer our families too!
This class is appropriate for expecting moms and women/moms that are looking for a gentle approach to yoga. We will focus on relaxing, breathing, hip openers and gentle yoga flow in such a sweet rhythm that students will leave feeling gratefully renewed and restored.
