Gentle Yoga / Yoga Therapy

This is a slow paced class that incorporates conscious breathing, gentle yoga postures, some very basic yoga sequencing, and relaxing restorative postures too. For anyone wishing to move into their ideal posture (optimal blueprint), decrease stress, or try yoga for the first time, this would be a great class for you.
This class is incredibly supportive for those with injuries and/or limitations in their bodies. We will be moving at a very slow pace, incorporating a basic understanding of the Anusara™ yoga Alignment Principles, as a doorway to experiencing more understanding and freedom within.
Additionally, this class welcomes expecting mamas too. All pre-natal yoga students are welcome to join this class as well.


Samantha Fox is a yoga and fitness instructor on the Garden Island of Kauai in Hawaii. She is a Certified Anusara Yoga Instructor and holds a Diploma in Ayurveda Sciences. Samantha has been practicing yoga for over 17 years and began teaching in 2002.
